Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days from the date the order is placed.

During peak periods, public holidays, promotional periods, or Ramadan, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking information.

Please ensure all shipping information, including your address and contact number, is entered correctly at checkout. State of Her is not responsible for delays, additional charges, lost parcels, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

• AED 25 flat-rate shipping on UAE orders under AED 1,000
• Applicable for orders placed before 12 PM UAE time
• Delivery available across all Emirates via DHL Express

We currently ship to:

• Saudi Arabia
• Qatar
• Bahrain
• Kuwait
• Oman

• Free GCC express delivery on orders over AED 1,000
• AED 84 (USD 23) flat rate for orders under AED 1,000

• 2–3 working days via DHL Express

We offer free express worldwide shipping on orders over USD 500.

Shipping fees apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.

• 4-6 working days via DHL Express

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary by country. If a parcel is held by customs, this process is outside of our control, and any queries must be handled directly with the local customs authority or courier.

Please note that refusal to pay duties and taxes may result in the parcel being returned to us. Any return shipping charges, customs fees, or handling charges incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines provided, delays caused by customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other external factors may occur and are outside of our control.

Standard delivery operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

We are unable to deliver to:

• PO Box addresses
• BFPO addresses
• Freight forwarding or package forwarding services

Orders placed to restricted or unsupported destinations may be cancelled at our discretion.

We currently do not ship to:

• Israel
• Afghanistan
• Sudan
• Syria
• Venezuela
• Yemen
• Cuba
• Iran

Due to our fast fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Pre-order items are made to order and therefore cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Standard returns policies still apply to eligible items once delivered.
